LV - My little collection

I mentioned the little LV lipstick case I found at an op shop recently and so I thought I would blog about the rest of my LV items. I can't say that I'm anywhere near a label or an LV fanatic/expert, so much so that I can't even remember the names of the items I own- hopeless! But I do enjoy using my LV pieces and love admiring them. Probably the most treasured is the agenda (diary) with it's beautiful red inside, which was a very special gift that I'm sure I'll use for many, many years to come.
Below is a passport holder, agenda, pochette and the little lipstick case as mentioned in an earlier post.

Chocoholic

What is it about the cooler months that just makes me want to eat more, particularly more chocolate...?! I know they do say you generally eat more in Winter and you eat warmer, heartier foods generally. I could easily knock back a block of dark chocolate each week given the chance. Not good.

I resolve to eat less comfort food this Winter!  ....... right after I finish the below block of chocolate.

Tea Time

There is nothing in this world more calming to me in the cooler months than sitting on the couch with a cup of green tea and a couple of magazines... Ahh....
If only work (and well life, really) didn't get in the way of taking time out to do this every day ;-)

Op Shop Finds

My haul...
Warmest ever woolen beanie. $2
Louis Vuitton lipstick case $8. I'm not 100% on the authenticity of this little case but as the owner of a few genuine LV items, it looks about right and with a serial number to boot.

Man style watch $3

Woolen vest $5 (I have tights in the same hue.. looking forward to teaming them together come winter).
Light blue short sleeve vintage dress $8

Painting $3
Yesterday I went op shopping with my mum and had the best time. These are my buys above. We left early, had a coffee, then op shopped, had a hearty pub lunch followed by more op shopping and then coffee and cake at Paddington. Usually we are so bad at actually taking breaks to eat/have coffee when we go shopping together. It sounds really silly but we seem to get so caught up in the fun/thrill of it all that we simply just keep pushing on! But I think we did really well yesterday.

Mum had some fantastic buys too, at one place she picked up two blouses for $5.50 as they were having a half price sale. Score!

Jim Jams

It's starting to cool down now and since we are going on a winter holiday in July, we figured it was high time for some new pajamas. Mr Bejewelled got a pair of flannelette ones and I got a flannelette nightie (hello bogan, but welcome warmness)
I can never go past Peter Alexander for great comfy pajamas :)

Weekend Purchases

Vogue mirror print with a slight crack - but I couldn't leave it at the shop, I love the animals and the wind in her headress... Reminds me of the shorts for SATC2 but I'm fairly sure it wasn't zebra's the girls were riding!

Cute little plate - just couldn't resist the colours

I was pretty wrapped with finding another two Colclough plates to make a set of 6! Though I'm not sure the colours are quite right, I'm fairly sure there should be two of each colour. I couldn't resist the four when I first found them and figured I might one day come across another two. This is what makes op shops so rewarding!

A little mosaic plate... thought it could be good for hot saucepans from the stove.. but then decided it was too pretty and that it needed to remain decorative...!

Little black shell bowl - thought it could be good for jewellery/hair clips I wear the most, rather than having to dig through my whole collection to find them!
Fantastically warm royal blue cardie.. Hello Nana! Quite bulky but will be so warm come winter.
